Simply the Best Computer in the World. I have worked with computers since 1974, From Mainframes to Personal Computers. I have supported all types of machines, including both Windows based PCs, and Apple Computers, from OS 7 through OS X.
Ever since I set down at my first Mac in 1987, I have found that Apple Computers to be as close to Trouble Free as a computer can get. I can honestly say, I do not remember the last time I had a virus, and have not had any DOWNTIME on any of my Apple Computers.
As Apple Says, "It Just Works". GAM.

My Macintosh Experience
The Design of Apple Computers and the Operating System, since the Macintosh in 87 and with each upgrade to a new coputer by Apple has been and is a joy to this day.
Apple Computers are works of art, elegant, and along with OS X it is simply an ergonomic dream, Computer Heaven. I feel Great each morning as I sit down in front of my Mac with my first cup of coffee in hand. When the time is right (7 hours ahead of Texas Time), I use iChat AV to communicate with Family and Friends, both here in Europe and in the USA. Except for the MAc Pro all Apple's computers come with an built-in iSight Camera, shich is used for Video Chats, and can also be used to record a Quicktime Movie of yourself for podcasting or placing on YouTube or in your Web Site.
The Operating System has evolved from when I first used System 7, through the current version of OS X - Leopard. It has always felt natural to me. With the introduction of OS X Leopard, you can have automatically backups everything from your Mac via the Time Machine application to an external hard drive, or their New Time Capsule base station.
Apple, Inc. is a recent change in the corporate name. Why? Because as you have probably heard or seen on TV or at their site they have many other products, which they design and build. The enormously popular iPod music and video player and its seamless interface to the iTunes Application. Apple's iPhone has completely revolutionized the mobile telephone industry with its user friendly touch screen allowing you not only have all the functionality of the iPod touch but also a phone whcih intrefaces with your address book and allows sms and more. The Airport Extreme Base Station allowing you to connect wirelessly to your in-house Computers and Apple TV via your Apple network.
Apple TV enables you to enjoy your photos, your music, your videos, Movies and even YouTube, straight from your couch Apple has recently introduced Movie Rentals, which eliminates your having to rush off to the local DVD rental place not to mention saving on gasoline :-).
Apples Design goes even further in the packaging of their products, in their internet website which also contains excellant support, and in Apple's developing, and building of environment friendly Computers.
Oh yeah, you can run your favorite brand of MS Windows on the Mac, too.
