Work Experience

FILM EDITING and DVD DESIGN

Editing of digital video / film editing footage in Final Cut Pro, compression and formatting of edited video and audio and the design for delivery of DVD's, the final build of the DVD in DVD Studio Pro and inclusive of graphics for menus, label, and its packaging designed in Adobe Photoshop. Familiar with digital file formats (like QuickTime, MPEG, DV, D1, NTSC, PAL) as well as conversions and transfers (FTP, Telestream, CD, DVD). Certified Final Cut Pro, Also Experienced with DVD Studio Pro, Motion, Photoshop, and working knowledge of Cleaner, and After effects.

WEB SiITE DESIGN / WEBMASTER

WebMaster of Texas Tortilla Factory (with Blog), Maluo - Fasion Designed Footwear, Beukeboom Schonen, TEFAP Alliance (with Blog), and Mercurious Web Sites. Designed to user specification and requirements.

INTERNET AND WEB SITE DESIGN

Registered and established presence on the Web, registration, setup Web Server using Web Star, designed and built Web site for LMV Productions with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Shockwave, Quicktime Movies, (video), photographed and stitched several Quicktime VR Movies (360 degree Panoramas), and HTML. Curently Web Master for three sites.

NEW MEDIA DESIGN

The production of Interactive Multimedia CD-ROMs, and Presentations using Macromedia Director, also including Quicktime Video, Panoramas and knowledge of streaming video technologies. Targeting Clients individually, as well as in the Business Sector, Real Estate, Hotel and Restaurant, and the Travel and Tourist Industry.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT / FIELD ENGINEER

Provided Up and Running Technical Support for all Apple Computers, their Setup, maintenance, OS and sofware upgrades, networking and daily backups and recovery as required, for the PPC Development Group at Motorola's William Cannon Complex in Austin, Texas.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR / TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Configured and maintained various severs: PCs-Dells running Windows NT, 4D DataBase Servers, and , Notes Server; Macintosh- AppleShare Server, 4-Sight Fax Server, QuickMail Server, Web Star Server, Retrospect Backup ; PBX Systems including VoiceMail, DocuColor 40 Production System, and Management of the Company Ethernet Network. Setup EDI / B2B interface with Fourth Dimension Customer Data Base and Sterling using Mac EDI Software

TECHNICAL SUPPORT / FIELD ENGINEER

Provided advice to internal Customer Relations group, up and running support and phone support for High-End Computers, Education, Sales and advice to Field Engineer of Service Providers. Also, maintained daily backups and recovery as required, for the Education and High-End Groups, while with Apple Computer, Inc.

SYSTEM ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Coordinated, Planned, and Implemented the following Projects : Salesman Reporting, Order Processing, Commitment Registration, Marketing, and Duty Free Systems. Produced the MIS Five Year Plan for Sales and Marketing Information Systems. Briefing Senior level Management Teams and Steering Committee on progress of projects on a regular basis.

NCOIC, LOGISTICS COMPUTER OPERATIONS / INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER

Responsible for the management, maintenance and functioning of the MIS Department. Responsible for all functions of computer operations, reports scheduling, programming, training internal and external, manpower, discipline and scheduling of personnel, project management, equipment resources, budgeting, contingency planning and implementation, database integrity, and briefing upper management.

INVENTORY - INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

As an Inventory Management Specialist I was responsible for the co-ordination between Air Force Contractors, Air Force Depots and our base to insure the proper flow of parts to keep the Air Craft Flying. Also responsible for Order Processing from direct order confirmation to delivery coordinating with Maintenance Support, when required. As a Procedures and Standardization Specialist, performed inspection on the five branches of Logistics Base Supply. Wrote specific processes, policy and procedures to supplement the USAF AFM 67-1, Inventory Management Systems.
