The Old Photo Albums :
Aunt Mary and My Mom’s Photos
My Mother and Aunt MAry, gave me a bunch of old negatives, and they were not the typical 35 mm strips.
After getting the appropriate Scanner, they were a treasure, and these and others are now available to all that would like a copy of them. I am glad to be able to present and share them with others who may want copies of them.
Aunt Peggy and My Mom’s Photos
Aunt Peggy was the first to give me a bunch of old pictures, they were of my Great Grandfather Cline on his 75 birthday, which was held at his home in Harbin, Texas. Our family would go to that house to visit with Uncle Red and Aunt Wynona, and their girls Connie and Mona. For awhile Aunt Catherine and her son Frank Luther lived upstairs, and at one time my Uncle Harvey and Aunt Geneva and cousin Bill lived upstairs.
Cousin Delyn
Delyn (Alexander) Spurgin, and her husband Carl in Keller, Texas made a CD of all the photos Texas made a CD of all the photos they had scanned and retouched. Delyn is the Daughter of my Great Aunt Geneva (Cline) Alexander, sister to my Grandmother Ragland.
I want to say thanks to Delyn and Carl, for some wonderful photos which I have added to these web site pages.
Cousin Ralph and Barbara Roberts
Thanks to Barbara Roberts, wife of my Cousin Ralph,
we are able to see what my Grandfather Just Arthur Vauthier
looked like as a little boy, and photos of my Great
Grandfather Charles Vincent Vauthier, who came over from
Epinal, France in 1878.
Brother Ken and Aunt Mary’s Photos
This collection of photos came from a couple of sources.
My Brother Kenneth provided some of the photos of my
Dad and Mom, and some interesting information and post
cards from my Great Uncle Al Boucher, brother to my
Father’s, Mother, Alta Josephine (Boucher) Vauthier. Most of the rest came from converting old negatives and photo graphs Aunt Mary left to me.
Aunt Mary’s Blue Album
I was through scanning in pictures for awhile. Then I
realized that I had two more Albums of Aunt Mary’s photos
to scan in. This photo album has a lot of older pictures
when Aunt Mary and her sisters were young, until their
early adult years, with scattered photograghs of
grandparents and great uncles, cousins and such, a few
pictures which Uncle Jerry sent while he was stationed in
Korea, and a bunch of photographs of a Young McNinch
Family, of Aunt Caroline’s.
Cousins Shared Photos
Thanks to Donnie Boucher, and his Sister Judy
(Boucher) Craig for sharing their photos with the Family, especially the one of my Great Grandfather
James Monroe Boucher, which is also used as the icon picture. Thanks for the photos shared in this album provided by my Cousins, Brandon’s and his Mom, Rachel. Thanks to Brandon Jahncke, and his School Project, in a Classroom in Seattle, Washington, which brought a part of our Family together again.
