Historical Genealogy Timeline
Welcome to the our Historical Genealogy Timeline page. The idea for this page came to me as I was searching for the beginning of Toliet Paper.
The date was roughly around the same time as our earliest records.
Then I saw. Geez this is during the medieval ot Middle ages of our world. Heck the Black Death was just around the corner.
Wonder why our ancestors left Europe when they did? Charles Vincent immigrated from France in 1873-1874 port of entry : New York, NY, and
France had surrendered Alsace-Lorraine to German at the end of the Franco Prusian War in 1871.
I then thought, I wonder what life, was like when our realtives were born, married and died.
Well I found a couple of sources for timelines of History (see references at the bottom of the page) , and set up a Event Report from with in the MacFamily Application,
which I use to maintain our Genealogy Database. Combined the two and whoa-la this page evolved.
Enjoy, Mike
